The Virtual Concierge provides you with a new means of direct interaction with your customers. This is accomplished with the use of large screen touch interactive kiosk's placed in convenient locations that are not only informational, but communicate your message.

For example, if you are a casino, resort or hotel, start by providing access to information such as on-site dining and entertainment options, enrollment in your player or guest loyalty program, wayfinding or provide access to any internal system your customers could benefit in its use (check-in/out, valet, reservations, etc.) You can even allow them to make dinner reservations right from the kiosk...keep them on-site, don't let them go anywhere else!

Key features include:

• Centralized management of your content such as video, images and text. Make updates in one location and all kiosks are updated automatically.

• Schedule content or advertisements to show at certain times of the day or start/stop showing on a certain date. Show ads for restaurants prior to dinner time. Show ads for lounges or shows after dinner.

• Attach a printer to the kiosk for coupon or receipt printing. Attach other peripheral devices such as a barcode scanner, credit card swipe, bill acceptor, directional sound, cameras or a RFID tag reader.

• The system offers dynamic reporting capabilities to understand what type of information your customers are accessing while using the kiosk. Change your advertising based on their habits. Track what type and quantity of coupons printed from each kiosk location.

• Manage your digital signage network from the Virtual Concierge server, allowing you to centralize all your multimedia files from one location.

• Schedule content or advertisements to display at certain times of the day. This allows you to provide a more targeted advertising message (narrowcasting). For example, show advertisements for dinner specials between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm. After 8:00pm promote a concert or event you may be having that evening.
